City of Choice Travel began in Durban in 2006, built by our parents with a simple belief: look after people, do what you say you’ll do, and build relationships that last.
Over two decades, that belief has grown into an established travel management company trusted by corporates, government and leisure travellers across South Africa. The relationships, reputation and experience we’ve built along the way are the foundation we stand on today.

As the next generation of the family business, we’re bringing that same personal approach into a changing world.
Between us, we bring deep experience in travel management, corporate and government travel, operations and commercial strategy, alongside professional expertise in sustainability, ESG and climate advisory. That combination gives City of Choice Travel an opportunity to think about corporate travel differently.
Not simply managing where people go, but helping organisations understand how they travel, what that travel means, and how their programmes can work harder for their people, their business and the world around them.
Our ambition is to bring travel management and sustainability closer together, with advice that is practical, measurable and relevant to the realities of South Africa and the wider African context.
